Omega Research is committed to providing high-quality research products and dependable customer service. Please review the following policy regarding order processing, shipping, returns, and refunds.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and recognized holidays.
Most orders are processed and shipped the same business day. During periods of increased order volume or operational delays, processing may require additional business time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will typically begin processing on the next available business day.
Expedited shipping methods, including Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air, receive priority processing and may be fulfilled ahead of standard shipping orders when necessary.
Shipping
Shipping options are displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Omega Research.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times and delivery schedules are outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Omega Research is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Shipping Insurance
Customers may purchase optional shipping insurance during checkout.
Shipping insurance provides additional protection for eligible orders that are lost or damaged during transit, subject to the terms of the insurance provider and Omega Research’s review of the claim.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Omega Research as soon as possible and include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the shipping box
- Photographs of the damaged products
- A description of the damage
After reviewing the claim, Omega Research may, at its discretion, provide one or more of the following remedies:
- Replacement of affected products or quantities
- Store credit
- Refund of eligible products
For insured shipments, eligible claims will be processed in accordance with the applicable insurance coverage and Omega Research’s claims review process.
Stolen Packages
Packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier but subsequently reported as lost or stolen are generally not covered under this policy.
Customers should first contact the shipping carrier and, where appropriate, file a police report.
Omega Research may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution based on the circumstances of the order.
Orders Without Shipping Insurance
Customers who decline optional shipping insurance may still contact Omega Research regarding lost or damaged shipments.
Any refund, replacement, store credit, or other accommodation for uninsured shipments is provided solely at Omega Research’s discretion.
Omega Research is under no obligation to replace, refund, or credit uninsured orders for loss or damage occurring after shipment.
Returns
Due to the nature of research products, Omega Research generally does not accept returns of opened or used products.
Return requests for unopened products may be considered on a case-by-case basis and require prior authorization from Omega Research.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized in writing.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Omega Research.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have entered processing.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Omega Research’s Right to Review Claims
Each shipping, refund, replacement, and return request is individually reviewed.
Omega Research reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any claim.
Any determination regarding refunds, replacements, store credit, or other accommodations shall be made at the sole discretion of Omega Research.
